Showed up at 11am for a 11:30am appointment to complete process paperwork.
Sat and waited to be seen far beyond scheduled appointment.
Most of the staff seems to be there to use their personal cell phones and no help getting you looked at on time.
Wish the patient could start charging for their time when the doctor's are late.
Worst experience ever day after Christmas.
