AT&T Authorized Retailer at 6416 Carlisle Pike #1200, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.

Was in the store for 3 and a half hours to add 2 line that had to be ported from another carrier. Didn't have much in stock for phones. Had to order a new phone as direct ship. That was almost 2 weeks ago, and no one, not even AT&T knows where the phone is. Called the store, explained what was going on, and that I wasn't very happy. Practically hung up on.

I'll be going into the store directly tomorrow to hopefully get this resolved. I have a feeling I'll be going to the Camp Hill store to fix this.

As of right now, I'll be paying for a line that can't be used because we don't have a phone.
