My fiance got her hair colored here and was completely dissatisfied. After her coloring was completely screwed up they offered to color it back to the way it was or at least get it close. In the end her hair looks almost the same as when she walked in. After refusing to pay the whole amount because it wasn't what she wanted, she still had to pay 90 dollars for the time they spent coloring to correct the mistakes they made. Needless to say, she won't be returning.
