My family and I have been taking our vehicles to the Mechanicsburg Monro (6045 Carlisle Pike) for years. The manager, Steve, has been careful and thorough in explaining needed repairs or suggestions to our vehicles. He is patient in answering any questions I have.

Steve often calls me to make me aware of any additional work that is needed while our cars are in their hands. This is great customer service as it allows the customer to make their best decision for their car. In my experience at other places, they often decide to do the work for you, leaving you wondering how you're going to pay for work you never authorized.

I have often dropped off our cars on busy weekends and they have always found time to get our cars in for service. The prices are competitive but the customer service sets it apart from other auto shops.
