The reviews are nothing but true. Never ever use this company! We needed a fan replaced in our oven, which they knew.... when we scheduled a visit they give you a time range like Comcast. They also only do certain hours or certain days that fit their schedule, they have no concern for the customers schedule. We had to make special arrangements to make sure someone was there... which wasted everyone's time. When they came out they looked at the oven and said it needs a new fan... which they knew. Another rodeo to schedule for yet another visit. They come out again.... with the wrong part.... it's been months since we heard back. They also have terrible customer service in person and over the phone... They seem like they could care less. Thankfully we've decided to move on to a better company. People don't waste your time with these jokesters.
